In a nutshell: clear communication, reliable service, realistic pricing, and an incredible value. They say they deliver smiles, but they deliver way more than that---a full day of fun, laughter, surprise, and solid entertainment! I hired DMV Bounce for my 40th birthday event, and all aspects went smoothly---from the initial phone and text convos on all logistics and details and contract signing, to text and communication in the weeks leading up to the event, to the event itself. I had concessions (snow cones, popcorn, and cotton candy), blow-up carnival-style games, and a dunk tank, which was a humongous hit with adults and kids alike. DMV Bounce truly amplified the entertainment value at the event and made the day incredibly special and memorable, with guests raving about how much they enjoyed it! Setup and takedown were a cinch, and Rick was a fantastic entertainer and a great sport about being the person to dunk! An overall great company; don't hesitate to hire them. I am already looking into fitting them into next year's schedule. So impressed and delighted! And a final point: I looked into a couple different companies. There was a language and communication barrier with the others in the area (among other issues). All businesses are not alike, and DMV Bounce is by far the easiest to work with, had fair pricing, and communication was excellent.
